In late 2021 we had won significant contracts with two MNC organisations to deliver impactful leadership development programs for their senior leaders.

We are known for our in-person experiential style delivery. And covid threatened to put an end to our potential impact as the whole country shut down meaning face-to-face delivery would not happen. Rather than resort to video-only delivery we opted to experiment with VR as an alternate delivery mechanism.

With that, we partnered with Dean and Mitch from Obsidea to help design and build impactful experiences in VR. We were all pioneers in this space. Whilst VR has been used for corporate delivery in many cases, but not for senior-level leadership development programs.

OBSIDEA designed great experiences and offered hands-on support for the lifetime of all programs. We would not have been able to reach the outcomes we wanted without them. One of the clients was subsequently listed as a finalist in the Australian HR awards for the best leadership development programs in Australia.
